Niklas Lahti

Niklas combines operations, leadership, investments and a passion for technology. Prior to co-founding DAL Partners, he was the CEO of Heeros, a First North listed SaaS, leading the company to a 2025 acquisition by KKR.

Earlier in his career, Niklas was the CEO of Nord Software (IT consultancy, acquired by Digia in 2017), COO at Tesseract (a fintech scaleup, raised 25 M€ in 2021) and Head of M&A at Digia (a listed IT-consultancy, acquired 7+ companies). Niklas also spent several years at Rite Ventures where he invested in tech companies in Finland and Sweden.

Niklas has founded or co-founded several companies and invested in dozens more, focusing on B2B services, SaaS and AI, e.g. Integrify, acquired by Helix Capital in 2026.

Niklas holds an MSc in Finance from the Aalto University School of Business.
