Responsible investing
We believe that doing good is good business and a prerequisite for sustainable long-term value creation. As a major hands-on investor, we acknowledge that we have an impact on the society and thus we influence our companies to act in a socially and environmentally responsible manner and to take into account the interests of all major stakeholders. Therefore, sustainability is embedded into every stage of our investment process.

Our sustainability commitment is threefold:
Purpose-Driven Investment: We invest in businesses that serve essential needs and contribute positively to society. We partner with companies whose missions create lasting value for all stakeholders.
Responsible and Sustainable Growth: We pursue growth without compromising environmental integrity. Our investment approach and value creation prioritizes long-term sustainability.
People, Diversity and Inclusion: We are committed to fostering inclusive workplaces and diverse teams across our portfolio. We support our companies in building cultures that attract, retain and care for their people.
