DAL Partners is a Finnish private equity firm investing in established, profitable owner-led SMEs. We work operationally alongside management and invest in only a few companies at a time, so we can contribute where the work actually happens - not just in the boardroom.
Our story
We founded DAL to help strong Finnish companies take their next step without losing what made them successful in the first place.
Many established, owner-led SMEs have significant potential to grow but need more than capital to realise it. We invest in only a few companies at a time and bring both capital and operational support to help management accelerate growth, strengthen the organisation and make better use of technology.
Our team has worked with leading Nordic and international businesses as investors, executives and advisors. DAL is our way of bringing that experience directly to ambitious Finnish entrepreneurs and management teams.
